Of all the pizza chains, my favorite has been the least forthcoming with its ingredients. Thanks to our friends, the vegans, we know that it contains vegetable shortening. That means Crisco by any other name. I assume there is flour and water.
That only leaves salt, sugar, yeast and possibly whey or dry milk.
