I'd have to say in my expierence the conveyor is much easier and consistant, but the gas cast iron blodgett ovens I think cook the best and give the best taste, is it taste vs convience? Opinions?

RockeyMarciano, I would have to agree w/ you. I also have experiance w/ both and I would prefer Taste over Convience anyday.. The Big Cast Iron Blodgets are alot better. It Depends on alot and what you really looking to do w/ those Ovens (Conveyors).

here's some info........we use a deck...great taste, LOTS of business.........Local marathon down the street.. they use a conveyer, they sell maybe 6 pizzas a week... People know what's the best, and they know conveyers are just the easy way out..
