There is a small mom and pop shop in my home town, (Watertown NY) that does a 30" pie. It is quite an impressive sight. I have never ordered one but I was wondering if you had to pick it up where in your car would you place it, strap it to the roof like a mattress, and if they deliver what condition would it be in after Mr. pizza delivery guy gets it to your door???

Yo B'lo, a party sheet is just a big rectangular pizza, made on a sheet.  It's size is big so its good for party's and it is cut in squares hence the term "party sheet" and "party cut".
