Introduction Topic

Not exactly sure why an introduction topic is required, but here goes. 

I joined the forum because I love pizza.  My favorite is when it comes right out of the oven an cheese is hot and still melting.  There is a fine line between eating it instanly and burning your mouth and having the tolerence to wait a minute.  That first piece is always the best.  I wish there was a way to make every piece as good as that first one.
