New to the forum

I've been following this forum for awhile to assist me in refining my NY style pizza.  We live in the Kansas City area and have several very good pizza joints in town, Waldo Pizza is our favorite.  Having lived in NYC I do have a reference point for my opinion.   My dough is coming along nicely, shaping is my downfall - but it's coming along.  Tom
