I stumbled upon this fabulous forum while searching for techniques/ingredients to make better pizza. I recently bought a large big green egg for grilling and slow cooking, and realized it actually is the perfect setup (at least for me) for baking pizza. I've baked about a dozen or so pizza on it. Although the pizzas have come out pretty darn good, I am still trying to figure out the ingredients and techniques to make my pizza better. I was searching on google for "best flour for pizza dough" and came upon this site. There is a wealth of information on this forum pertaining to what I am looking for so I decided to join. Anyways, I am going to thank everyone in advance who have posted on this forum as I will learn a lot from your posts. I am happy to be a new member to this forum.
