I started making pizzas in January 2012. I got a pizza stone and peel for Christmas 2011 and started two weeks later with very much trial and error.
I am an avid cook and a Big Green Egger, so weather permitting, I make most of my pizzas on the BGE.
I'm a lot better with pizza than I was a year ago, but I have a lot to learn and that's why I joined this forum.
