Latest NH bakes (round for now)...Bacon, Pepperoni, Mozz

These are my latest bakes from my oven.  Steel plate, foil around the edges, broiler intermittently on, 525 preheat for an hour.  Trying to work on cheese melt a bit, using BH deli sliced.

They were in the 6-8 minute range.  Not being vague on purpose but I've been trying different times to see different results.  This is a test period for my mobile pizza business launching in Spring/Summer.

Is that 3rd pie your version of their "tomato pie"? What type of cheese do you have on there, if any? Man it looks better every time I see it!

3rd pie is half mozz and half grated as we say (tomato and Romano)
