I Think I finally got this down
« on: March 05, 2013, 11:56:08 PM »
My Neapolitan Style pizza with Caputo 00 Pizza Flour, San Marzano tomatoes and fresh mozzarella and basil. I baked it on tile at over 600 degrees in my oven but used the broiler. It came out perfect! I am so happy with it.
