New to the site, and figured that this post was a MUST.
I'm a 26 year old male Florida transplant. I am tall, have a small beer gut, and like long walks on the pier.
I love pizza. All kinds of pizza. I'm going to be making a lot of pizzas in the near future, so I figured this would give me pointers and keep me up to date with trends in the industry. I have had some really bad/bland pizzas in my day, and I am going to try and avoid making that type of pizza at all costs. I look forward to browsing through the posts and soaking up as much useful info as possible.
