Joe's Brick Ovens in Oregon?

Does anyone have any experience with this guy's ovens? Any thoughts about his website? I'm thinking about a 36" stationary unit. Any suggestions for questions that I should ask him? I would like to be able to make Neapolitan Pizza.
I have already found out that he uses Roxul 80 for insulation on top and nothing for insulation under the concrete slab which is under a firebrick floor.

Tell him to build you one with insulation under the floor, and lots on top.
