Pizza Brewer, I am SO glad you posted that link.
The picture of the place selling the street pizza (that the writer liked even better than Da Michele and Trianon) was a place that I stumbled upon while I was lost wandering around Naples. I took a bunch of pics of this place, and a few other pizzerias in the same area, but unfortunately they were all deleted by my wifes cousin

I thought the mini pizzas there were absolutely amazing, and now I have a visual (and a name I think??) to remember for next time. That place also had amazing fried calzone.
Marco, is that the name of the place written on the front of the cart?
If I remember correctly that pizzeria tasted similar to Costa, like they might have been using that other (non Caputo) flour, and possibly a starter culture.
