New member... I've been making New York style, Chicago Style, Sicilian and Flatbreads for over 10 years. I love all types of pizza, food, wine & beer. Nothing makes me happier than being in the kitchen. My other passion in life is cycling, 8 hours a week of which has turned me into a "skinny cook" which apparently means I cannot be trusted. Ha-ha.
I signed up for the forum to learn more about the practices of pizza professionals. I'm fortunate to have close friends and relatives that are professional chefs, brewers, and food industry professionals, and I'm always amazed at how much I learn from them that I can incorporate into my home kitchen. I'm hoping to do the same in regards to my pizza.
