Hello everyone: Have been monitoring this forum for a couple of months now just absorbing all the great advise from everyone.
Have made ten or so Neapolitan style pizza's mostly using Jeff Verasano's recipe, have a good active sourdough starter going and I have had some good luck and some not so good skill. Cooking in home oven and also did a few on my Big Green Egg when the weather has been decent. Planning on 3-4 pizza's for Sunday on the Egg.
Great educational material here and this forum is very laid back as well, it's nice to see a forum go with no bickering and back-stabbing.
