This quote from Peter or a version of it has been rattling around in my head for sometime. As busy as we were with the pasta business and as much as I told myself I didn't want to, I often still thought about making pizza. After a meeting to expand w an investor didn't work out and we decided (for now) to keep the business smaller and still own 100% of it. That's when I decided to go ahead and get a mobile oven. The plan is to do mostly catering on weekends and hopefully a pizza night here and there. I'm super excited and my wife is probably getting an ulcer.

The trailer is a Sure-Trac no secret there.
No model available as it was custom designed and built for Bread Stone Ovens and FGM ovens. If you want the same one I can help you with that.

Thanks Larry. It arrived late this afternoon but I could not get down there to see it. I will go meet her tomorrow morning. Still haven't bought the tow vehicle yet, but have some leads. $$$

So the tow vehicle I was going to buy got sold.

The oven is sitting at a family members shop over an hour from me. I wanted to bring it home and start curing, but it looks like I'll be waiting a bit more.

Know anyone with a camper? They'll probably have a good truck. A few hours of borrowed truck for a bunch of pizza seems like a fair trade to me.
