Hello,
I had the good fortune to have found 00 Antimo Caputo Pizzeria flour at a GFS near me. I paid $33.49 for a 55lbs bag. However, not being an expert on flour, I was a bit surprised to see that a label stuck to the bag shows 07/09/2010 ....not sure if that is when it arrived in the US but ..... that makes that flour at least nine months old...... is that typical of imported flour or should I expect a fresher batch of Caputo?
