Central Market carries 1kg Chef's Flour which is the same flour.

Thanks Craig, Last year I went there, they didn't have it... it is a bit of a hike to go there... If I go there again, I will order a beer while shopping. Very interesting concept .... they got going. Drinking while doing your grocery shopping... never seen it anywhere else...

A 25 Kg bag costs me US$121 plus shipping.

The great thing about Caputo Pizzeria is its consistency.  I've never had a bag weigh 25 Kg yet, and I buy a lot of it every week!  Sometimes they get close to it...
