I wasn't sure whether the New York Times would keep the article online for long. They do often convert free articles to a pay basis after about a week or two.

There is a place called Pizzeria Fondi that is mentioned in this article in the last paragraph and I am here to tell you that this is the best pie I have ever eaten and I have eaten at Totonnos, Lombardis, Biancos, etc........  They have a website you can check out FONDI.com
