what do you call that small machine

what do you call the machine that you put the pizza dough ball, and it makes the dough thinner etc..i saw one but i cannot locate it..and does anyone one where you can buy one and what is approximate cost

I think you may be thinking of a sheeter or press. This article may help: http://www.pmq.com/mag/2002summer/doughformer.shtml. Some well known brands of such machines include Hix, Dough Pro, Sommerset, and Little-Pro. If you do some online searches, you should be able to find suppliers and prices.

 Hi mark abbot,
 They have dough sheeters and dough presses on EBAY sometimes.I am unaware of how you intend to use  them. I personally would look into getting a sheeter instead of a press, i think they are a little more versatile.
