questions. Taste was great but a bit chewy. Ppf. at 65%. Re-balled at 16 hours on a 44 hour cold ferment. I have been happy with progress but a bit off of my goal.  Any ideas ? Patrick     sorry about photos I  may have to call Dr Who to help :-D
