I have been skeptical of the gas ovens since the videos of them came out after the Expo last year and have been greeted with comments along the lines of "but look at the great pizza in the video." Thank you for vindicating my skepticism I'm not necessarily saying that the video was fraudulent, but I think the concept that a gas burner can pump out constant 60 second bakes all day long is a bit far-fetched.
After Tony mentioned that WFO were not permitted in the convention center, I wondered why they don't set up a secure area outside for the use and demo of WFOs?
