I'm opening a place (woohoo! )- eventualy and while I hope to get as much as I can from this forum, would like some paid training- maybe.  I can't seem to find any NY style schools. Does anyone know of a good consultant?

Larry, thank you for your very kind words. To be fair, lots of members here know their stuff. For instance, Scott R does this kind of consulting and has some incredibly impressive notches in his bedpost  ;D

Scott123 all day long. ....
Scott helped me fine tune my entire business before I opened and from the very first week of  business i have  selling out.  Just over a year on and I am still sellung out most weekends even though I am making much more dough than I was when I first opened.
Feel free to read any online review of my business. Its called Paul's Pizza and is based in a place called Saltdean in Brighton, England.
Scott knows his stuff with NY style!!

I cant say enough about him. He is a top guy and has become a great friend.

Paul
