Another pizza attempt

Recipe is straight from Forkish's book. Just cut the recipe to make two pies. Mixed up the dough yesterday at 5:30 am and sat on counter until 5:30 yesterday evening. Placed in fridge overnite. Preheated over to 435 and once that temp was reached turned on the broiler for 5 min. In went the pie and turned the oven back to bake.
The dough was very easy to work . No prob stretching to about 9".
Topped w green onion sausage, whole milk mozzarella cheddar & maters.
Best pie yet. Need more color and under crust needs to be a bit crispier.

Thanks Mark. Need more browning of the rim but taste wise, it was great.
Have one more dough ball to use for lunch today. This one has been in the fridge since Friday night.
