I've been hanging out on PizzaMaking.com for the past 6+ months, so I'm now overdue to introduce myself. I’m a pizza aficionado who splits time between Cincinnati and Chicago. I’ve eaten just about every pizza of note in both towns (especially true in Cincy). Also, I experiment making pizza at home using a 5-day rise and baking steel (with the pipedream of opening “Joe’s Pizza” in Cincinnati one day). Lastly, I blog occasionally at:
