This pie was 15 inch's done with power flour @ 65% . Taste was great with soft crispy. 6-1 sauce.

What kind of cheese & mushrooms are you using?

Cheese is precious whole milk and the mushrooms are button crimini (sp) cut into rounds. Yes the pictures are out of focus but ..my camera is iffy at times. Patrick
