Now I did it

I went shopping today at restaurant suppliers and found All Trump flour  ;D  But I only found it in a 50# bag  :(  but it was only $22, so why not  :D  I think 6lbs of KASL would have cost that much with shipping  ::)  it looks like I could get 85 14" pizzas or 65 16" pizzas from this bag   :drool: 

What is the best way to store flour and how long does it keep    :-[

I store mine in large plastic containers made by Cambro. Seems to work well.  You will probably need two big ones for 50 lb bags of flour.  It goes fast though!

You could also break it down into 5# bags, the gallon size zip bags hold about 5#, freeze or refrigerate if you have the room.
