Hey Tom-small world.  Thanks for the heads up on this site. 

I built it all right, built it two or three times i think :-[
i have a 39" based on forno bravo plans.  I have cooked pizza in it once and know nothing about bread and dough making other than it uses flour.  I am going to dive in and start reading as soon as i find some time.

I would start in general pizza making unless you already know what style you want to make, then read in the Neapolitan section the sticky, "How I make my dough" by TxCraig.
