Greetings from Northern California,
Have been a pizza lover since having my really good Pizza baked in a brick oven in the 50's in Los Angeles. I also found the high temp. baked pizza's in Germany, Holland and naturally Italy to be wonderful. I have a Horno oven in which we built and have spent in the past, time with a friend and well known oven builder and assisted in building ovens in the western states. Look forward to sharing in this forum.
