So there I was, making a Greek style pan pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni. The pizza was getting done on the top but I felt the bottom needed more time, so I decided to put a piece of foil over the top. That's when disaster struck! I pulled the pie out with my pan gripper to put the foil on and dropped the pan on it's edge, spilling most of the cheese and sauce onto the oven door!
I had no choice but to grab a spatula and scoop it all back onto the crust. It wasn't pretty but it still ate pretty well.
I'd blame the gripper but to be honest, it was nothing but the sad result of pizza making under the influence.
