A recent review from the NY Times. I have not been there. This place may be a example of making it on a small scale. Limited hours and space.

Looks like they have nice pies - and I always like places where you can sit at a bar and watch the kitchen.  Serving the pies on the round wooden peels seems like a nice touch. I wonder if they serve them to you on that peel from oven to table or if that's just a kitchy plate for service.  Thanks for posting.
