I'm new to the forum and would like to introduce myself. My name is Rick, I'm 55 and live in the Chicago area and like all of you I am a Pizza Fanatic (as is my wife). Friday night is Pizza night for us every week without fail. I try to mix it up with different style pizzas from week to week. Currently my rotation includes New York, Thin Crust, Deep Dish and Pan Style. I'm always changing things in my recipes trying to perfect each style so I decided to join the experts here to try to get some more ideas and share my experiences as well. I look forward to joining the forums and getting to know some of you better in our quest for the perfect pies.
