Hi, I am currently in the process of opening a very small pizza operation. This is my first time in this venture and I've already made a mistake by acquiring an oven that is too large for our operation. Its a Blodgett gas conveyor oven. I'm looking to sell the oven and hood for $4,500 and downgrade to a couple Bakers Pride countertop ovens with bricks. Does this sound like a reasonable thing to do, or even a reasonable price for what we have?
