Building a WFO - any tips?
« on: April 08, 2013, 02:41:39 AM »
Hello,

I am planning to build my own 42" WFO oven in my backyard.  There are quite a few guides and instruction online, but I wanted to see whether there were any tips for making one that can hold temperatures of 900F and above.  Is this just a matter of how much wood you use for the fire?

Thanks in advance!

I would suggest you go to Forno Bravo and download their free plans and read the forums.  The important thing is to insulate the oven, as that is where most people seem to fail.
