Well first, I just replied to your post regarding the seafood pizza. Excellent job and it is the inspiration to one of three pizzas I will do tonight. The others will be sausage, mushroom, green peppers and onion and the other will be my teenage boy's favorite, bacon cheeseburger of course. I have 3 Ischia doughballs in the fridge since tuesday morning and I think they are just ready to go
Then tomorrow night we take a break from pizza, maybe do some smoked ribs
Then Sunday we are having a going away party for my eldest son and his wife who are moving to Seattle very soon, this could be the last we'll see of them for at least a couple of years.
I'll do more pizzas and my wife will make lasagne.
