Some of the Seitan loaf was cut after being in the fridge awhile. Since I read that Seitan can take on almost any flavor, I just decided to make some regular easy bbq sauce with a little Shark Brand Sricacha to let the Seitan marinate in until I had most of my dinner ready. I then put the Seitan on the grill and grilled for about 9 minutes, with some basting of the sauce. The Seitan stayed moist and was tasty in my opinion. It didn’t taste anything like VWG.
It was a beautiful spring day out today and while I was grilling the Seitan I saw different species of birds. The one photo is just a picture of a robin.
I am editing this post to say that my dang new camera now won't work. The lens won't come open when it is turned out. I had to use my daughters old camera to take these pictures.
