Here's a memorable sicilian pie from several months ago:
Johnny,

How in God's name did you preserve that pizza for several months? It looks as good as the day it was baked :-D.

Good thing I wasn't gulping down a drink, or it would been sprayed out in laughter  :-D

You see, I have this really cool flash freezer  :-D

"Here's a photograph of a memorable sicilian pie from several months ago" Clear as mud? LOL

Baked this pie for the State soccer championship match today.

1st pic - Left to right: mozzarella, potato, sausage
mozzarella, sliced onions, dollops of mayonaisse & dijon mustard mix, frankfurter
mozzarella, crushed cherry tomatoes, tomato slices, green olives, rocket

Wasn't able to get more pics - had to slice and serve.
