Made this little treat today

100% KAAP flour (forgot about the semolina).  I can confirm that mixing the oils to the flour before H2O and yeast is better as Fran stated.  Got significantly more layers with this bake.  I also prefer the 420F temp as well vs the 450F.

Baked for 30mins.  Used the muir glen diced tomatoes (drained for 5mins)

looks really good!!   was it a cheese only? or is there something else in there?  interesting on the order of combination of the oil and flour.  ive always added the oil after.  i am gonna try it!!

Great looking za!  Do you think the oils before water trick would help the HRI cloners get some layers?
