I was inspired to try this after seeing the feature on slice... What a great pie! Lacinto Kale, garlic, cheddar, hen of the woods shrooms, cherry peps (instead of the Calabrian chiles they use)..
Caputo, 58%hr, 24hr, baked in my 2stone..
