I'm sure others have been using it, but, I haven't for quite some time and might I say....IT'S ABOUT TIME!!! I forgot how good it was. I made 4 balls that have been in the garage for 4 days now and used 1 tonite. The other 3 will be used this weekend. Tonites was SI DOP San Marzano tomatoes crushed by hand, parm, onions, gr peppers, gr olives, mozz/prov mix, then topped with thin sliced hot capicolla ham and drizzled with fresh basil/olive oil and baked it a 550 oven using the convection roast setting. JUST PERFECT!!!!!!! If anything was to be criticized it was me saying just a BIT more sauce and salt, warden Rosie said I was FOS, but then she's said that before
. I really forgot how good this crust/dough is!
