i just stumbled upon this site, and i must confess how excited i am to find other people that have such a passion for pizza. amongst my circle of friends, pizza is generally accepted as the best food ever, but even with thoughts like that, i'm not entirely convinced that they're true devotes.
glad to see i'm not the only one who spends (what is perhaps an unhealthy amount of) time thinking and planning out the next pizza.
i began making my own pizzas only just this past june, and only lately have i decided that i could probably make significant improvements in what comes out of my oven, and so here i am.
