It's not pizza, but good anyway - mini grilled cheese !

I used up some of my pizza dough the other night and made some mini loaves in a mini loaf pan I have,
and today decided to try something.... mini grilled cheese sandwiches...

Not bad, and very yummy ! .... I guess also they would amazing as bite sized mini pizzas.... just
put pizza sauce and a bit of cheese instead of yellow sliced cheese as I used.

Mark you should call them grilled cheese sliders,hell i might trademark that name   LOL.

Hi Mark,

Put a slice of tomatoe in them and call them "Mini Pizza Sandwiches".
I'll try that when I have left over dough.

It's an Earth food. They are called Swedish meatballs. It's a strange thing, but every sentient race has its own version of these Swedish meatballs!
