This question is really directed at our London based audience, in particular to pizzanapoletana.
Where do you source your ingriendients from in London? (particularly the 00 flour,SM tomatoes and the buffalo mozzarella), do you import them from Italy?
On a different note, did you finish your book? if so whats the title?
