I can't think of anything better than making NP pizza for family and friends on a Sunday afternoon.

Glad to see your weather has improved. What's in the glass in the second picture?

Great photos!  I'm curious as to how the eggplant pizza came out.

Lambrusco and a generous splash of Ramazzotti Amaro.

Excellent!

I thought you were going to say Rosso Antico cos it had ice in your glass with the same colour as Rosso. Classic Italian Drink. But Lambrusco will do.  ;D
Beautiful pie by the way.
My pizza days are over here in Melbourne. Starting to get winter weather.  :(
