Hi all, and happy Friday
For those of you out there who have kids, or are entertaining, you may want to try some very simple
pigs in blankets.
I made some for the kids last night and they were a hit.
Use your favourite simple pizza dough, just eyeball enough that you think will be able to cover a hot dog
and away you go.
You could cut the hotdogs into little bite size pieces and then roll them in dough, or just do one whole hotdog
and then cut them after they are baked ( saves a lot of time )
Serve with relish, or mustard, or whatever tickles your fancy.
