Padrons!
« on: April 28, 2013, 10:35:36 PM »
Normally these little peppers (from Spain) are found in the fall.  Saw em today and I couldn't resist.  They have an intense 'green chile' flavor but most are very mild in heat.  DELICIOUS.

This pie also has some buffalo mozz and spicy sopressata with Olive oil and black pepper.

I know I would love that pie!
I love pigs. They convert vegetables into bacon.
