I have a question regarding WFO. I am looking for a pre-assembled brick oven with a stand. I have narrowed it down to two companies. (Forno Classico & Forno Bravo) One oven is made from refactory bricks, the other is refractory cast cement (i guess). Does anyone know the pro's and cons of each type of dome?
Apprecciate any insight anyone can provide. Trying to decide on my first oven...
