What brand/kind of cheeses did you use on the pizza in the picture? It looks fantastic!

That pizza was made with Stella part skim low-moisture shredded mozarella cheese avalable at Sam's Club.

Thanks Steve for the info. I found out Stella cheese is made by Saputo cheese company, a big cheese maker. What did you think of the taste and flavor of Stella?

Actually, the Stella cheese from Sam's Club is my current favorite. It's relatively inexpensive, melts well, and tastes great.
