Brown Spots on Dough after Freezing
« on: May 07, 2013, 05:33:58 PM »
Dear Doc, need your help. Using Conagra Mills flour and I also used Diamond, I make my dough balls and put in the fridge. The next day they cook awesome and the bread sticks are golden brown, now I take some of the same dough/batch and have put the freezer, in dough trays. I then take out and put in fridge for a day or 2 and when I make bread sticks/pizzas they will have brown/dark spots? What's the cause and any way to stop from happening. Freezing dough balls saves so much time but not with spots. Thanks so much, Troy
