First off, this takes some time to do. By the time I finished filling these 8 loaf molds with dough,
I could have made many pizzas. I cut my dough ball into 8 pieces, and then started rolling out each
dough ball into a shape that would fit each mold.
It's pretty much impossible to get 2 of them that will be the same. I had fun doing it, but each
one has it's own shape, none of them are remotely the same. As I was doing it, I realized that a better
way to do this would be to roll out a huge piece of dough, and then cut a retangular piece of the dough out,
and this will fit much more easily, and it would be much quicker. - so you are getting more into a cookie-cutter
pizza technque here if you will...
How did it taste ? ... ah.... pretty darn good

Here's my dough recipe: ( dough was made yesterday, and was in the fridge for about 24 hours )
1 cup of warm water
2-1/2 cups all purpose flour
4 tablespoons oil ( I used veg oil )
1 teaspoon salt
1 teapspoon sugar.
2 teaspoons yeast ( ADY I used )
I used a no name brand of pizza sauce, that went into the little pockets of dough first, then some moz. cheese
and that was it. Into a 450 degree oven until they look good.
