Good luck on your new endeavor here in Brazil - what style of pizza do you plan to work with, and where will the pizzeria be located?

Welcome. 

I have seen references to Brazilian made dough rollers on this forum, but I can't see that there is any distribution of them in the US.  Are you familiar with this company, possibly named Botini, and their equipment?  They have one model with a 50cm roller (I think that's right, I don't do metrics) that I would buy if I could.
Pizza is to food what bacon is to meat.
